«Mushroom Skewer» TM «GriboLove» — medium-sized champignons specially selected for threading onto a skewer or kebab stick. The uniform size of each mushroom ensures even cooking and a beautiful presentation straight from the fire.

450 g is the optimal portion for a skewer serving 2–3 people. The firm texture of «GriboLove» mushrooms holds together perfectly during heat treatment, while the rich natural flavour comes alive on the grill without any marinades or additives.

LLC «Navika» is a modern Ukrainian mushroom growing enterprise combining family traditions dating back to the 1990s with cutting-edge technology. In 2019 we built our own farm with a production capacity of 60 tonnes per month in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region.

Our partners include retail chains ATB, Epicentre, EcoMarket, pizza chains Dominos and Pizza Day, and restaurants Dinner's. Despite the occupation of our district in 2022, within a year we fully restored pre-war production volumes and continue to grow.

The facility operates under ISO 22000 and HACCP certification standards. 7 automated growing chambers with computer-controlled climate systems ensure consistent quality of every batch year-round.
