Soy sauce enhances the natural umami flavour of the mushrooms, adds an appetising colour when fried and works perfectly for Asian dishes, stir-fry, pre-grill marinating or simply as a dressing. Mushrooms are grown at our own farm in automated climate-controlled chambers.

LLC «Navika» is a modern Ukrainian mushroom growing enterprise combining family traditions dating back to the 1990s with cutting-edge technology. In 2019 we built our own farm with a production capacity of 60 tonnes per month in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region.

Our partners include retail chains ATB, Epicentre, EcoMarket, pizza chains Dominos and Pizza Day, and restaurants Dinner's. Despite the occupation of our district in 2022, within a year we fully restored pre-war production volumes and continue to grow.

The facility operates under ISO 22000 and HACCP certification standards. 7 automated growing chambers with computer-controlled climate systems ensure consistent quality of every batch year-round.
